Discover LaValle is a Mauritius-based activity discovery and booking service. We help customers discover and book experiences operated by independent third-party providers. We are not the operator of the attractions listed unless expressly stated.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant experience provider. Payment terms, cancellation policies and refund terms are set by the provider and will be communicated before finalising a booking.

3. Prices

Prices are shown where verified. Where pricing is not yet confirmed, we will provide a current quote on request. Resident and visitor rates may differ depending on the provider.

4. Participant Requirements

Participants must meet the age, height, weight, health and other restrictions set by the experience provider. It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility before booking.

5. Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the operator. Discover LaValle is not liable for incidents caused by failure to follow operator instructions.

6. Weather and Cancellations

Outdoor activities are weather dependent. The provider may postpone, reschedule or cancel for safety reasons. Specific cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.

We aim to keep information accurate, but details such as prices, schedules and restrictions may change. Always confirm current details with us before travelling.
